The teenager killed in a car crash in Co Wexford early yesterday has been named as 15 year old Thomas Grennan. The car he was travelling in struck a ditch and overturned outside New Ross shortly after 1 a.m.
Three other people killed in accidents on Monday were named yesterday. Mr Thomas Kelleher (61), of Carndonagh Donaghmede, Dublin, was killed when his car crashed into a lamp post at the railway bridge on Kilbarrack Road, Dublin. Ms Sheila Gregan, who was in her 80s, was killed when she was knocked down by a car on Dolphin Road, Dublin. Gardai are seeking witnesses. Ms Jill Craggs (57), of Birch Grove, Glengarriff, Co Cork, died when her car collided with a lorry at Gortagarry Cross, Bantry.
