London - Mrs Margaret Thatcher has given the go-ahead for an authorised biography but the book will not be published in the so-called Iron Lady's lifetime.
The author will be Charles Moore, right-wing commentator, long-time friend of the former British prime minister and editor of the Daily Telegraph.
