Last year's Soroptomists International Annual Food, Wine and Crafts Fair in Sligo, was such a success that this year the organisers have had to move it to the larger Sligo Park Hotel, where the fair will take place on Wednesday, November 5th, at 7.30 p.m. Local celebrity chef Bernadette O'Shea is the guest of honour, and the mighty roll-call of talent from the north west will all be there: MacNean Bistro foods; Tir na nOg crafts; Glebe House breads; Horgans deli and Cliffoney cheeses are just a few of the stall holders. Admission is £7 and all proceeds go to Soroptomist projects. Get there early.
