A third man has been charged with the murder in Belfast of Mr Desmond Christopher Moonan and is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court this morning. A 26-year-old Belfast man was charged last night with the murder of Mr Moonan, whose battered body was found in a flat in the Newtownards Road area of the city last week.
