Three Dublin men appeared before a sitting of the Special Criminal Court on Saturday charged with membership of the IRA.
Nathan Kinsella (33), Matt Talbot Court in Dublin, is charged with membership of an unlawful organisation styling itself the Irish Republican Army, otherwise Óglaigh na hÉireann, otherwise the IRA, on September 13th last.
His co-accused – Darragh Evans (23), Grange Park Rise, Raheny, Dublin, and Vincent Ryan (22), Grange Avenue Drive, Donaghmede in Dublin – are also charged with the same offence on the same date.
Presiding judge Alison Lindsay, sitting with Judge Flannan Brennan and Judge William Hamill, remanded the three men in custody to appear before the non-jury court again on Friday next.
