Three men hurt in separate Dublin assaults

Three men are recovering in hospital following two separate assaults in Dublin overnight.

Three men are recovering in hospital following two separate assaults in Dublin overnight.

In the first incident two men in their late twenties were shot outside the Budda Bar in Blanchardstown. They have been taken to James Connolly Memorial Hospital where their injuries are said to be not life-threatening.

A third man sustained head injuries after he was assaulted in the city centre. The incident took place on Cuffe St on the southside of the city. The 31-yearold man is said to be in a stable condition in St James's Hospital.
