Gardaí have released the 29-year-old man and two juveniles arrested in connection with a suspected DVD counterfeiting operation in Co Meath.
A Garda spokesmen said a file is to be sent to the DPP.
Yesterday gardaí from Blanchardstown and from the Louth/Meath Division seized a large quantity of DVDs in Duleek.
A quantity of computer equipment and printers valued in excess of €300,000 and four vehicles have also been seized in the operation.

Detectives believe polythene tunnels, originally used to produce mushrooms, were used to make up to three million DVDs annually.
Gardaí consider the counterfeiting operation to be one of the most sophisticated ever uncovered.
