Teilifis na Gaeilge will this week begin broadcasting live meetings of the Dail's Public Accounts Committee which is investigating the alleged abuse of offshore bank accounts for tax evasion.
The Co Galway-based Irish-language TV station will begin its coverage with the meeting of a sub-committee of the Public Accounts Committee tomorrow at 2.30 p.m. The broadcasts of proceedings, which are usually in English, will resume when the committee reconvenes on the issue on August 31st. The hearings are expected to continue throughout September.
