Donegal's Christy Toye will miss Sunday's Ulster semi-final with Tyrone through illness but Michael Hegarty has made a swift recovery from a minor knee operation and will start at Clones.
Toye, who started against Armagh, misses out after coming down with chickenpox forcing manager Brian McIver to reshuffle his forward line.
Brendan Devenney comes in a full-forward with Rory Kavanagh dropping out to the half-forward line to replace Toye.
Colm McFadden is the only member of the attack to start in the same position as against Armagh with Hegarty starting at left corner forward and Ciaran Bonner moving to centre forward. Elsewhere, the team remains unchanged.
Tyrone named their side last night with Mickey Harte making three changes, all a forward line that has endured wretched luck with injuries over the past 12 months.
Into the team come Raymond Mulgrew, Enda McGinley, both of whom have recovered from injury, and Owen Mulligan. McGinley came on the last day for Ryan Mellon, who reverts to the bench this time, having like Cavlan picked up a four-week suspension in a club match.
Mulligan replaces Gormley and Mulgrew comes in for McGuigan, whose brother Brian is feared set to miss a second successive championship because of injury.
Meanwhile, the GAA have confirmed that the Central Appeal's Committee will meet at headquarters tonight to discuss the Cork and Clare appeals.
