Manchester United's hopes of signing Ajax defender Hatem Trabelsi this summer could be fatally damaged in the next 48 hours.

Ajax coach Ronald Koeman is likely to use the highly-rated full-back in tomorrow's Champions League third qualifying round first leg against Austrian side Grazer AK.

The former Dutch international also hit out at Trabelsi's agent, Frank Sedoc, whom Koeman believes has been touting his client around the Premiership.

"That man has raced through the whole of England but up until today he could not find a club for his pupil," he said. "Again it is proof that players can't go to another club easily any more."
