The adopted son of Irishman Joe Dowse and his Azerbaijani wife, Lala, has been reunited him with his natural mother, Indonesian officals have confirmed.
Four-year-old Tristan was left behind in Indonesia by his adoptive parents when they left the country in 2004.
Ann McElhinney, a reporter working on the issue from Indonesia, said it had been confirmed that Tristan had joined his mother Suryiani in the family home in Tegal, 1,200 kilometres from Jakarta.
