Dublin Weekend, Dublin's first local television programme, will be available from this weekend to Cablelink subscribers, reports Michael Foley, Media Correspondent.
The channel is being launched today by the Lord Mayor, Mr Sean D Dublin Bay Rockall Loftus. Mr Loftus and his wife will also feature in the first programme, a guided tour of the Mansion House.
Dublin Weekend, a half hour, magazine programme about, Dublin, is being shown on the Link channel, where the foreign language news services and the County Notice Board are shown. The programme will be seen at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
