More than 20 people drowned off the coast of Angola on Monday when their cargo ship sank while on the way to the oil-rich enclave of Cabinda, church-run radio reported today.
"There were four survivors from the boat accident,"
Radio Ecclesia
said in a report.

The ship was travelling to Cabinda from the capital Luanda on Monday when it lost power and began taking on water, the radio said.
Cabinda is a major oil-producing region near Angola's northern border with Congo Republic.
Government officials were not immediately available to comment on the incident.
In 1995, at least 82 people drowned when a ship ran aground in high winds and sank off the coastal town of Sumbe, south of Luanda.
