Gardaí arrested two men in Santry today after a small quantity of drugs were found in the area this afternoon.
The two men, described as non-nationals, were arrested following a seizure of £5,000 worth of cannabis in the Santry area during a joint garda and customs operation, a garda spokesman said.
The men have been detained for questioning in Santry garda station.
Meanwhile in Limerick, garda are investigation a shooting incident on the Old Cork Road area of the city this afternoon.

Shots were fired at a house in Crossagalla shortly before 2 p.m. by a passing car.
Nobody was injured and there has been no arrests, the spokesman said.
