Police in Britain have charged two men under Terrorism Act with possessing items of use to a terrorist.
Imad Shoubaki (31), faces four charges that he conspired to possess money or other property to be used for terrorism, had a computer disc with files on "how to become an assassin", the book Zaad e Mujahid, and another on how to make explosives.
Adam Mohamed (28), faces two charges that he conspired to possess money or other property to be used for terrorism and also had a computer disc containing the book Zaad e Mujahid.
Police said that gave rise to the "reasonable suspicion that (their) possession thereof is for a purpose connected with the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism".
Both men will appear at the city's Westminster Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
