FOUR people died in road accidents over the weekend. In Dublin, a 16 year old youth died after a stolen car in which he was travelling collided with a lorry on the M5O motorway near the Lucan by pass in the early hours of Saturday. He was named yesterday by gardai as Mark Hall from Cherry Orchard, Ballyfermot.

In Co Kerry, a pedestrian died early on Saturday morning after he was struck by a lorry. The accident occurred at Lissivigeen, Killarney. The man was named as Paul Buckley (20) of Ardshanavolley estate, Killarney.

Also on Saturday, another pedestrian died after he was hit by a lorry in Co Tipperary. The accident occurred at Castlemeadows, Thurles, at about midday, and the man was named as Brendan Moore (58) of St Brendan's Terrace, Thurles.

An 18 year old woman who was a pillion passenger on a motorcycle died in Co Limerick early yesterday. The accident occurred when the motorcycle went out of control on the Limerick Dublin road. The woman was named by gardai as Madeleine Hogg of Murroe, Co Limerick.
