Two Indian army soldiers were killed and nineteen other people injured in a landmine explosion in
Indian-administered Kashmir.
A private bus carrying soldiers from the army's counter-insurgency wing hit a landmine in the village of Dangam, near Shopian township.
Nineteen soldiers and the civilian driver and conductor of the bus were injured in the explosion that ripped through the vehicle.

The injured, which included two Indian army officers, were air-lifted to the main army hospital in Srinagar, Kashmir's summer capital.
"Two of the injured soldiers died while being shifted to the hospital," a police spokesman said, adding the condition of four of the others was serious.
