Two men are due to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court this morning on charges relating to an arson attack on the Co Antrim church which has been the subject of recent pickets by loyalists.
The two men, both aged 20, were arrested on Monday after a window was broken and flammable liquid was poured inside the Church of Our Lady on Larne Road in Harryville. They were charged with arson by the RUC last night.
Loyalists have been picketing the church, which is on the outskirts of Ballymena, in protest over the rerouting of Orange marchers in the nationalist village of Dunloy, Co Antrim.
