All-Ireland champions Tyrone have had 10 players nominated for the GAA Football All-Stars after their win over Kerry at Croke Park last weekend. The beaten finalists, who missed out on three-in-a row on Sunday, have nine representatives on the shortlist of 45, with Colm Cooper and Darragh O'Se in line for his fifth selection.

Tyrone captain Brian Dooher is sure to get his third All-Star after being named following the county's first two championship wins in 2003 and 2005.

Other nominees from Mickey Harte's squad include; full-backs Conor Gormley and Justin McMahon, half-backs Davy Harte, Philip Jordan and Ryan McMenamin, midfielder Enda McGinley, half-forwards Sean Cavanagh and Colm McCullough and full-forward Tommy McGuigan.

Cavanagh's match-winning performance in the final and his form this year in general look certain to win him his fourth All-Star after he was selected in 2003, 2004 and 2005.

Cork, Fermanagh and Wexford all have four nominees.  Goalkeeper Anthony Masterson is one of those nominated for the latter after a brilliant season that played no small part in the county's run to the semi-final.

The Dublin county board will be disappointed to see just three nominees from their panel but glad that Shane Ryan and David Henry are up for their first award, along with captain Alan Brogan, who may win his third.

Cavan goalkeeper James Reilly, Kildare forward John Doyle and Derry midfielder Fergal Doherty are the sole representatives for their respective counties.
