A legal dispute between two firms of undertakers was adjourned at the High Court yesterday for a week. An injunction against one of the firms will continue until next week.

On Friday, Mr John Dunne and Mr Desmond Healy, partners in Murphy Brothers, undertakers, of Church Lane, Naas, were granted an interim injunction against Mr Noel Hughes, of J & H Hughes, undertakers, Blessington, Co Wicklow. It was claimed that 11 coffins, a hearse, wreaths, habits and other items were removed from the plaintiffs' premises after discussions to buy their business failed to reach agreement.
