Sir Alex Ferguson will make wholesale changes for Manchester United's Champions League match against Lille tomorrow.
Gary Neville, Wes Brown, Ryan Giggs, Fabien Barthez, Roy Keane, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Juan Sebastian Veron all failed to make the trip.
Neville has a thigh injury, Brown a knee problem, Giggs a tight hamstring, Barthez an ear infection and Keane his knee injury, while Ferguson wants to rest van Nistelrooy and Veron.
In their places, Ferguson has taken youngsters such as Michael Stewart, John O'Shea and Bojan Djordjic to France.
With qualification for the second phase already assured, Ferguson feels he can rotate his vast squad with one eye on the weekend's crunch clash with title rivals Liverpool at Anfield.
Despite these many changes, Ferguson insists United are still taking the match against Lille, who play in Lens' Stade Felix-Bollaert, seriously.
