One of six Yemeni-American men charged by the U.S

One of six Yemeni-American men charged by the U.S. government of supporting al Qaeda is due to plead guilty in court today, according to a US official.

Faysal Galab is due to appear in court in Buffalo, New York, for a plea hearing this evening.

Galab and the other six men - all of whom are U.S. citizens of Yemeni descent - pleaded not guilty in October to charges of supporting al Qaeda by attending a camp in Afghanistan in 2001.

They were arrested in Lackawanna, New York, a city near Buffalo and close to the U.S. border with Canada.
