US engineering and construction firm Parsons has announced it will create 80 jobs in Cork as it expands its operations which will become its European headquarters.

The latest expansion, which has been supported by IDA Ireland, will bring total employment by Parsons in Cork up to 150 by 2008.

Parsons is moving to a 15,000 square feet premises at the Cork Airport Business Park

Parsons provides design, validation and project management services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, other process industries and transportation markets in Ireland.
