Washington - Russia would be asked to reimburse the US for costs related to millionaire Dennis Tito's space adventure, the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration's chief said yesterday.
"In our agreement with the Russians - they have agreed we will have an assessment and we will get reimbursed for the apparent costs of the mission," NASA administrator Mr Ed Goldin told a House committee.
The US repeatedly criticised Russia for selling Tito his $20-million ticket to the stars, arguing that he would not be able to handle an emergency in space.
