Northern Ireland's UTV said today it had bought The Internet Business Limited for £5 million.
The company will be integrated into UTV's new media unit, which provides web development, design, broadband and telephony services, Belfast-based UTV said today in a Regulatory News Service statement.
The acquisition was financed through existing facilities, it said.
