Gardaí investigating the murder of an English man whose body was found in a slurry pit in Co Cork last week are seeking the public's help to find a van.

The red-coloured Ford Courier van, registration 95 LK 3375, was last seen in the Cappawhite area of Tipperary on the September 26th, 2007.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Clonakilty Garda station on 023 21570 or 023 21578.

The body of Gary Bull (37), a new-age traveller, was discovered on Thursday, October 11th, in the tank on a farm at Shanlaragh, Dunmanway.

A postmortem revealed he died from head injuries consistent with being struck with a blunt instrument.

Gardaí believe he was already dead when his body was dumped in the tank, and that he may have been left there up to two weeks ago.
