The relatives of the Belfast teenager shot dead by two British soldiers in 1992 will meet the Northern Ireland Secretary, Dr Mo Mowlam, in Belfast today, amid growing anger at her decision to carry out a "further review" of the soldiers' cases.

Mrs Jean McBride, whose son Peter (18) was shot when he ran away from a British army patrol, said yesterday she was angered by Dr Mowlam's decision to review the cases of the two Scots Guardsmen, James Fisher (29) and Mark Wright (24), and would raise her concerns at the meeting.

Relatives of the two Scots Guards have, however, welcomed Dr Mowlam's decision. Fisher and Wright were sentenced to life in 1995.
