St Albans - Footballer Vinnie Jones (33) has been sentenced to 100 hours' community service after being convicted of assault. The Queens Park Rangers assistant manager was ordered to pay £400 compensation to Mr Timothy Gear (27) for the attack on his neighbour during a row over a stile last November.
