London - Adoption agencies yesterday condemned the latest virtual reality toy - a foster child. Youngsters nurture abandoned babies, feed them, improve their IQ - and then put them up for adoption. But the British Agencies for Adoption and Fostering yesterday called for the toys to be removed from shelves.
