There will be heavy traffic congestion in the Croke Park area all day tomorrow due to the football final replay.

Lane restrictions along Ormond Quay to Bachelor's Walk will continue until October 31st.

Work on a QBC will reduce traffic to one lane in each direction on Thomas Street from Meath Street to Vicar Street.

Roadworks on the Old Airport Road in Swords will cause delays. Major disruption is expected on Church Street-North King Street. Resurfacing continues on Loughlinstown Drive-Park. Roadworks will take place on Avondale Road from Church Road-Rochestown Avenue roundabout to Ballinclea Road. Verschoyle Lane is closed. Parts of the Seatown Road and the Estuary Road in Swords are closed .

Market Street South is closed from Grand Canal Place to Bellevue.

Outbound traffic on the Ballymun Road is reduced to one lane from Collins Avenue to the Ballymun roundabout.

The Oliver Plunkett RoadMonkstown Farm Road will be closed until October 20th. Traffic disruption is also likely on Kill Lane and on Braemor Road.

Cork: Lavitt's Quay is reduced to a single lane westbound between St Patrick's Bridge and Christy Ring Bridge and is closed to eastbound traffic between Paul Street carpark and and St Patrick Street.

Merchant's Quay is reduced to two lanes. Grattan Hill is closed. Monahans Road is closed between Victoria Road and Kennedy Park. A height restriction will be in place at Thomas Davis Street, Blackpool.

Tipperary: Roadworks will continue on the N8 three miles south of Urlingford.

Westmeath: Roadworks will continue on the N4 at the Longford end of the Mullingar bypass.

Kilkenny: Roadworks will continue on the N10 at Garryduff, Paulstown. Roadworks will also cause delays on the N9 road at Gowran and the N24 at Greenside, Carrick-on-Suir.

Kildare: Roadworks and traffic calming works will continue on the Moone-Timolin-Ballitore bypass between Crookstown service station and Timolin. There are also roadworks on the Barberstown-Maynooth road. From Monday to Friday next week, work will be carried out at night on the N7 at Cherryville.

Carlow: Roadworks continue on the N80 at Carrickduff, Bunclody.

Limerick: Roadworks are causing major delays on the N21 Limerick-Tralee road at Newcastle West. Restrictions continue on the N24 between Beary's Cross and Grange Cross.

Clare: The N68 from Ennis to Kilrush is closed at Darragh.

Waterford: The N25 realignment project is under way between Garramillan and Newtown.

Kerry: Major roadworks will continue on the N21 between Tralee and Castleisland.

Galway: Roadworks on the N18, north and south of Clarinbridge.

Roscommon: Resurfacing work on the N4 Rockingham-Cortober road will take place until mid-October. Roadworks will affect traffic on the N61 two miles north of Roscommon town.

Sligo: Restrictions are in place due to roadworks on the N17 south of Collooney.

Rail travel: Train service on the Westport line between Westport and Castlerea will be suspended until mid-December because of renovations.

Air travel: More than 175,000 passengers are expected to pass through Dublin Airport this weekend due to Ireland's soccer match with Portugal in Lisbon.
