The Samhain '99 Halloween Festival Parade will take place tomorrow from Parnell Square North to Temple Bar, starting at 7 p.m. No parking on Parnell Square North from 7 a.m. Mountjoy Square North will close from 6.30 p.m. One lane of Parnell Square East and O'Connell Street will be kept open. Inn's Quay closed this Sunday 5 a.m.7 p.m. Grafton Street, between College Green and Suffolk Street, closed Monday, 12 p.m.-6 p.m.

St John's Road West, outside Heuston Station, reduced to one lane inbound tomorrow and Sunday until noon. Wellington Quay reduced to one lane on Sunday until 3 p.m.
