Dublin
In the north city, Church Avenue will be closed between its junctions with Drumcondra Road for about 200 metres eastwards from the latter, to facilitate laying of a sewer, until February 24th. Reconstruction work on North King Street continues until July.
On the south side, disruption due to quality bus corridor and cycle track work continues at Nutgrove Road, Rathfarnham, 10 a.m.4 p.m. each day until the end of the month. Work on the South Clondalkin QBC is affecting Werburgh Street, Nicholas Street, Patrick Street, Bride Street, Crumlin Road and Drimnagh Road.
Cork
Monahan's Road is closed at Marina Park. There is no access to Kennedy Quay from Albert Quay until February. Ballinlough Road is closed between Carrigeen Park and Bel-Air estate. Realignment works are in place at Rossmacowen and Felane, Castletownbere.
Roadworks are in place on Church Road and Mulberry Road in Mitchelstown. Road works continue on Navigation Road, Mallow, west of the railway bridge. Temporary lights are in operation and disruptions are likely.
Clare
Pipe-laying is being carried out on Station Road in Ennis and between Ennis and Shannon. Road realignment works are in place on the R472 Newmarket-on-Fergus to Shannon Road.
Waterford
Roadworks continue on Ballytruckle Road. O'Connell Street is closed on the junction of Penrose Lane to Bridge Street. Roadworks continue in the Glen area and local diversions are in operation.
Temporary lights will occasionally operate on the N25 realignment project from Garramillan to Newtown for 8.5 km. In addition to the work on the N25 in Kilmacthomas, there is a new layout at Carrolls Cross and at Lemybrien. Extreme caution is advised.
Kerry
Major roadworks on the N21 Tralee-Limerick road, between Tralee and Castleisland.
Mayo
Temporary lights are in place between Ballyvarry and Bohola because of roadworks on the N5, until the end of this month.
Galway
Minor work on the N18 between the Quality Hotel, Oran more, and Claregalway. Road works and temporary lights are in place on the Galway-Tuam (N17) road, due to the laying of water mains and cables.

Bus Travel
Dublin Bus has stressed it has not cut back on its expanded Nitelink service, though it no longer operates on Sundays.
It has "a changed service", a spokesman said, to cope with actual demand. From Mondays to Wednesdays, Nitelink buses on Dublin Bus's 21 routes operate at 12.30 a.m. and 2 a.m., and every 20 minutes until 4.30 a.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Road Deaths
There were eight fatal accidents on the roads this week, according to the Garda Traffic Bureau.
