A 19-year-old woman died when the car she was driving went out of control and collided with a ditch in Co Clare this morning.
The incident happened shortly after 7.15am at Cloonkerry, Labasheeda, Co Clare. Gardaí said the road the incident occurred on is a minor route situated off the R473 or the Coast Road.
The victim’s body has been removed to the morgue at Limerick Regional Hospital.
