A woman has been in court following an incident at Belfast's Mater Hospital on Monday where a nurse was held at knifepoint.Ms Bridget Magee (26), from Thorndale Avenue, Belfast, was charged with assaulting and threatening to kill the 24-yearold nurse, possessing a knife and unlawful imprisonment.Mr Norman Shannon, defending, told Belfast Magistrates Court yesterday that Ms Magee had gone to the hospital to seek psychiatric help and had the knife with the intention of inflicting injuries on herself. "She regrets what happened and has asked me to stress that she had no desire to hurt anyone."Ms Magee was remanded to Maghaberry Prison but Mr Shannon said he hoped to arrange for her to be held in a psychiatric unit.
