A two-car collision in Co Donegal last Sunday has claimed the life of a second Monaghan teenager. Ms Sarah Woods (18) from Killylough, Tydavnet, Co Monaghan, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, died in Beaumont Hospital, Dublin yesterday from serious head injuries. The driver of the car, Laurence Reilly (19), from Clones, Co Monaghan, was killed instantly in the crash, on the Ballyshannon-Belleek road. E from publishing information which National Irish Bank Ltd claims is confidential was continued by the High Court yesterday.
The injunction was granted on January 30th last.
Mr Justice Geoghegan was told by counsel for RTE yesterday that his clients wanted to seek to have the order discharged and wanted the matter heard by the court. It was stated that no date was available.
