A woman in her 50s was killed in a three-car collision in Co Laois last night.
Gardai in Durrow are investigating the crash which happened shortly before 7 p.m. on the N8 Cork Road, two miles south of Durrow in Dereen, Co.Laois.
Four other people were taken to Portlaoise hospital with injuries.
