An Employment Appeals Tribunal case brought by a former director with estate agent Sherry Fitzgerald has been settled.
Ruth Maguire took a case after she resigned from her position two years ago.
Ms Maguire, Bray, Co Wicklow, who had taken the case claiming constructive dismissal, worked at the company for more than 15 years.
The tribunal heard a full day of evidence on Wednesday before the case was settled for an undisclosed sum yesterday.
