A woman escaped serious injury in a shooting at a Travellers' halting site near Dunmurray, Co Antrim, early this morning.
She was treated in a hospital for a stab wound to her hand after the attack at the caravan site on the junction of McKinstry's Road and the Stewartstown Road at about 4.00 a.m.
Three shots were fired at a caravan in the incident, which police believe is connected to a dispute within the Travelling community.
