LONDON - The British Prime Minister, Mr Major, could face fresh humiliation over Britain's relations with the EU next Monday when parliament discusses fisheries.
Last year's debate on Britain's fishing quota led to a two vote defeat for Mr Major when Tory rebels refused to endorse his posture. The leader of the Commons, Mr Tony Newton, has announced a similar debate for next Monday, after Mr Major returns from Dublin.
