Russian police arrest man for holding up blank sheet of paper

Russian police in the city of Novosibirsk have arrested a protester for holding up a blank sheet of paper, citing a law prohibiting single-person pickets. Over 4,000 protesters have been arrested in Russia since the start of the Ukraine invasion.
