Toronto - A Yemeni arrested by Canadian authorities after the September 11th attacks on the US was given time by a court to find a lawyer for a hearing into his extradition to the US.
Mr Nageeb Abdul Jabar Mohamed al-Hadi has been detained since the suicide attacks, when his Chicago-bound Lufthansa flight was diverted to Toronto's Pearson International Airport in the grounding of US flights. Federal prosecutors in Chicago have charged the man with two counts of passport fraud.
