An article in Saturday's editions headed "Five-in-one children's vaccine eliminates more risks" referred to "claims linking the three-in-one vaccine with autism".
In fact, traditional medical usage of the term "three-in-one" refers to the diphtheria, whooping cough and tetanus vaccine. It is the MMR vaccine which has been the subject of controversy in relation to autism. Although MMR is also a three-in-one vaccine (measles, mumps and rubella), it is not referred to as such.
