An editorial in yesterday’s edition mistakenly referred to the “Spanish Republic”. Spain was a republic from 1873 to 1874, and from 1931 to 1939. It is currently a constitutional monarchy.
An article in yesterday’s supplement on the Taoiseach’s Public Sector Awards 2010 made references to the Government’s Reach Out strategy for action on suicide prevention. Inspire Ireland Foundation has asked us to point out that this strategy is not connected with the foundation’s website service reachout.com, which aims to help young people tackle mental health issues.
