In an article in yesterday’s edition, concerning the closure of beds in public nursing homes, comments made on the issue in the Dáil were attributed to the Minister of State at the Department of Health, Róisín Shortall.
The comments on the bed closures were made by Minister of State at the Department of Health Kathleen Lynch.
An obituary of Sir Alasdair Fraser in last Saturday’s edition said that Shane Ross TD studied law with him in Trinity College Dublin. Mr Ross studied history and politics in Trinity.
