Sir, - It is interesting to note that the year 2002 represents a palindrome. Furthermore on February 20th, at least in digital terms, this effect will "double" (20022002) while at 8.02 p.m. on that date, expressed in 24-hour format, the effect will be tripled - 200220022002.
The next such situation will not occur until 21.12 on December 21st, 2112 - more than 110 years away! Each night during 2002, at 20.02 there will be a form of doubling of the effect. The US, where month is expressed before day, will not have the "triple" phenomenon. - Yours, etc.,
