Sir, – Gabriel Rosenstock (Letters, June 17th), in reference to the modh coinníollach opines that “no aspect of any school subject should be described by educationalists as ‘dreaded’”.
Given that many students do dread it, it is surely important for teachers to recognise this fact.
If they do, then they can take steps to address the misplaced fear.
As to the tuiseal ginideach, that’s Gabriel’s opinion.
