Sir, – “Russia should remember war criminals do get caught” (Bill Shipsey, Opinion & Analysis, July 21st).
Try telling that to Iraq, whose people were bombed by George W Bush and Tony Blair on the basis of manufactured lies. It seems to me that the International Criminal Court only puts people on trial whom the West deems to be war criminals while turning a blind eye to “free world” war criminals. – Yours, etc,
