Sir, – In the most recent Tory leadership debate, both candidates vowed to be truthful but then immediately denied that the chaos at Dover was in any way connected to Brexit.
It looks like they were well schooled in untruthfulness by their master, Boris Johnson, so things will not improve and may even get worse when the new prime minister takes over from Mr Johnson. – Yours, etc,
