Sir, – There is a crisis in security staffing in this country. Security staff are paid a pittance and expected to do a litany of chores which have nothing to do with security. There are hundreds of security jobs nationwide available if you are prepared to engage in many duties, complicated rosters and shiftwork.
We still seem to have a problem paying people in this country, and we expect so much for so little. – Yours, etc,
