Sir, – I note that the RTÉ 2 programme schedule last Wednesday (August 31st) had repeat programmes from 10.45am right through to 11:50pm, without any break.
That’s over 12 hours of repeats.
Is this a record for a national television network?
RTÉ, at the recent launch of its autumn schedule, made an issue of the soccer World Cup limiting the diversity of its programmes.
